Refund Policy
- If you want to request a refund, please contact us by phone or e-mail. It is to notify you that requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery and notified to Customer Support.
- Explain in detail what is wrong with the work we delivered. Also explain why you deserve a refund. If information requested is not provided within fourteen days, the request will be canceled without a refund.
- If the work we delivered is not up to your satisfaction, you can ask for a revision. Please contact our support staff if you want a partial refund.
- Should the product fail, then submit everything you did plus your grade and comments by the tutor. We will take this information and forward it to our Support team for discussion with you.
- As long you cancel the order before a writer is assigned, full refunds are permitted. If the assigned time has already elapsed, no refund is possible. If half or less of the time limit is up, a partial refund may be requested.
- No refunds will be given after an order has been placed or goods delivered, except in the case of quality complaints and late delivery.
- If you pay twice by mistake or make the wrong payment, you will get a full refund. Give these payment receipts to our support personnel who then will process the refund of overcharges.
- If you accidentally pay for the same order twice, let us know right away and we'll write it off before giving them to writers. Add a full refund by taking responsibility for canceling orders you do not want before our writers start working on those projects.
- If there is no way to continue with your order, you will be given a full refund. However these cases do not arise often.
